Life presents difficulties and hardships, trials and tribulations.
Jesus told us that we will have trouble in this world...but he also tells us to TAKE HEART because HE HAS OVERCOME THE WORLD.
Beloved, God is faithful. He will never leave us or forsake us.
As challenges arise, whether they be the gravest of illnesses, financial struggles, as the world goes crazy and chaos seemingly increases remember that it is God, Maker of Heaven and Earth, who is in control. He loves us, having sent His only begotten Son to rescue and deliver us...
it is He who heals us, who is our Strong Tower!
He is our defense, so who should we be afraid of?
So, this is where JOY comes from...when the Word says'
"Consider it pure JOY when we endure trials of many kinds..."
The joy that produces perseverance & endurance, is for US... because our All Consuming Fire loves us!
Let us rejoice, and never forget for a moment, even when things seem dim and difficult,
That victory is assured.
