Simply put, faith is things that are hoped for that are yet unseen. Do you know the Word says in Romans 14, that "everything that does not come from faith is sin"?
What is more "logical"? For we know that "all things are possible through Him who loves us".
Unbelief is sin because really, folks, who and how can one have the audacity to doubt or be double minded about what the Creator of the Universe, the One who is Uncreated, the Always and Forever Immanuel, God-with-Us, The Shoreless and Bottomless Ocean, the One who has hung the planets and stars in their orbits, who loves us with a burning love and jealousy that is more intense than white phosphorus ignited ? It's not faith in ourselves, He just wants us to know unequivocally, that He is more than able! That's why the Word says that "without faith it is impossible to please God!" Does anyone like to be doubted, especially when they are seasoned and proven? Of course not.
Have faith, beloved, whatever the situation or need, He is more, much more than able!
